I'm still trying to get the manual from the Ford Dealer! I brought the car NEW in mid November from the local dealer - Exeter Ford, and when I got home there was no manual book or service info/stamp, or the packaging etc in the glove box. Despite repeated requests and repeated replies saying yes its in the post - I haven't seen it yet IMHO this is a vital part of the cars history and I feel I have a good point in demanding these books. Or at least compensation if they can't supply them. So the question is - when I eventually get the book pack - what should it consist of? I presume it will have: 1.
Some kind of case (velour ford logo zip thing i think?) 2. ST170 or generic Focus Manual 3.

Radio Manual 4. Service record book or something??? Complemtary ford logo CD case? I've complied the list above from what i remember of an old company focus i had new but does anyone know if there is more than this?
